Our experienced upholsterers are craftsmen who are skilled in all areas of upholstery. They are dedicated to their trade and also detail oriented, working with all types of fabrics and leathers. All furniture is carefully tacked and stapled to allow for long-term use and durability.
Furniture Frame
Solid maple that is kiln dried is our preferred selection for our frame components. Wood selection is chosen by hand and selected for its quality. Each piece is double dowelled, glued and screwed to ensure the stability and durability of all of our wood frames.
Fabric and Leather
Fabric is carefully inspected for flaws and measured prior to cutting. All patterns are matched and cut to allow for maximum visual appeal. Our master cutters are experienced in working with all types of leathers. They make certain that fabric and leather are cut to pattern and fit perfectly.
Suspension
Coil springs are eight-way-hand-tied. This European method of decking suspension nearly triples the lifetime of the furniture piece in comparison to conventional suspension methods.
Sewing
All cushion bands, welts, and necessary fabric components are surged by skilled sewers. This process increases the durability of the cushions and fabric sections that required additional strength and reinforcement.
Fine Detailing
Detailing and trimming of fabric prior to the completion of the piece allows for additional longevity. Experienced hands that take great pride in their workmanship do all the upholstery work of the furniture pieces.
